Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24h notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hr before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

24 hours notice in working hours is needed to avoid the cancellation fee. Messages sent out of working hours will not be checked.
